a handmade quilted crown for birthdays, dress-ups, or just to make you or someone you love feel extra special.

sugarhouse workshop crowns use scraps of naturally dyed linen and cotton from my handmade quilt practice utilized on a smaller scale to create simple, whimsical, crowns filled with plant color and hand-stitched love, fit to become heirlooms. The crowns are quilted by hand and finished with a classic binding, natural linen and cotton backing, and undyed muslin ties for comfortable, adjustable wear.

The crowns measure approximately 17” across and about 5” at its highest point with two ties, each 10” long. The crown will fit everyone from baby to adult, and can be washed and kept for many years of celebration and play.
